Hey everyone! I was just sitting here watching football when an email came in from one of my visitors telling me that my videos were not loading AT ALL in their browsers! I quickly determined that it was because my youtube videos were mostly embedded via the http: protocol instead of the https: protocol.
When embedding content onto your websites like youtube videos or images you want to make sure to use the proper protocol, which can change from page to page. So to make a universal embed you simply remove the http: or https: from the URL and then it will automatically MATCH what ever protocol that the page is being browsed in.
So now wether you’re viewing the page in http: or https: your content will be delivered in the same protocol.
